Our Corporate & Commercial team advises domestic and international clients on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions, and on the commercial contracts that support their day-to-day operations. We work across a broad range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, real estate and construction, consumer goods, logistics, and professional services.

Our corporate, banking, and real estate teams have worked together since the firm’s founding in 2005, which allows us to provide integrated advice on matters that cut across practice areas.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures

Advising purchasers and vendors on share and asset acquisitions, business transfers, and cross-border transactions. We handle the full cycle of a transaction, from legal due diligence through to negotiation of transaction documents, completion, and post-completion matters.

Joint Ventures & Shareholders' Arrangements

Drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, subscription agreements, shareholders' agreements, and option agreements for corporate partners, developers, and investors entering collaborative ventures.

Foreign Direct Investment

Advising foreign corporations on establishing and operating a business presence in Malaysia, including entity selection, regulatory compliance, exchange controls, immigration, and the Malaysian regulatory framework for foreign investment.
